Carolyn ClarkNP-C
Carolyn Clark is a certified family nurse practitioner and has been in nursing since 2006. She has practiced as a family nurse practitioner since 2013 and has owned Tri-Lakes Family Care & Express Care since 2015. She desires greatly that her patients feel like family when they are provided care by her, and she focuses strongly on prevention, diet, and exercise. She is married to her husband Aaron and they have 3 children. She and her family enjoy camping, hiking, and spending time on the lake together.

Matthew MarshallFNP
Matthew Marshall is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience in the medical field. For the past 11 years, he has served as a Family Nurse Practitioner after earning his degree from Grand Canyon University. His primary areas of focus include family medicine, pain management, and urgent care, with extensive training in musculoskeletal disorders. Matthew takes a holistic approach to health and wellness and has pursued additional training in regenerative health. He is passionate about making a positive difference in each patient’s life through compassionate, high-quality care.
Outside of his professional work, Matthew is a devoted husband and father. He and his wife have been married for 23 years and are proud parents to six children—four boys and two girls. Together, they enjoy outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, gardening, and camping.

Amy PlottFNP-C
Amy Plott is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years in the medical field. She has experience in emergency medicine, family practice, and nursing informatics, and is passionate about clear communication and compassionate, evidence-based care. She believes in listening to and working with her patients to achieve optimal outcomes.
Amy has been married for 36 years and is a proud mom of four and grandma of six. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crafts, hiking, and relaxing at the beach.

Kimberly SeeversFNP-BC
Kimberly Seevers is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 17 years in the medical field, bringing a deep commitment to personalized, patient-centered care. Kimberly earned her Doctorate from Missouri State University and has built a career in both evidence-based medicine and integrating the understanding of health and wellness.
One of Kimberly's passions is specializing in hormone replacement therapy while focusing on identifying and treating the root causes of symptoms rather than solely managing them.
Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her husband, six children, and nine grandchildren, as well as traveling.
