FOR VIRTUAL VISITS DURING OFFICE HOURS (MON-FRI; 8 AM - 5 PM), call our office (417-332-3639) for details on a telehealth appointment. For virtual visits outside of normal business hours follow the steps outlined below.

When you SHOULD use the steps below:

Advice on non-emergency care needs like:

  • COVID/Flu like symptoms
  • Eye irritation/discharge
  • Rash
  • Sinus symptoms
  • Urinary symptoms

When you shouldn’t use the steps below:

  • Emergency care
  • Urgent Care
  • Chest pain
  • Abdominal pain
  • Need controlled medications filled

If you’d like to see one of our providers by e-visit, follow these three easy steps:

  • Call 1-855-890-4876

    Request an e-visit by calling 1-855-890-4876. Leave your name, phone number, and reason for visit with the phone attendant.

  • Receive Text

    Once your request has been sent to the provider, you will receive a secure link via text message to fill out some basic, but REQUIRED information.

  • Connect Via Link

    After your paperwork has been submitted, a provider will contact you by text message with a secure link that will begin your visit.
